PTFE Emulsion – Polytetrafluoroethylene Emulsion – Dry Electrode Binder

Material Name:

PTFE Polytetrafluoroethylene Concentrate

Standard Package:

PTFE Polytetrafluoroethylene Concentrate

Application:

Suitable for high-quality Ni-MH battery anode manufacturing and sintered battery production

Overview:

This product is a water-based dispersion in which polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), obtained through the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene, is concentrated to a solid content of approximately 60% (by weight) and stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It features outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance, and wear resistance, as well as excellent electrical insulation that remains stable across a wide range of temperatures and frequencies. Additionally, it offers non-stick, non-absorbent, and non-flammable properties.

This formulation is optimized for battery and capacitor applications—offering non-agglomerating slurry behavior, good fluidity, stable quality, and improved electrode sheet forming performance, which supports better production control. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of high-quality Ni-MH battery anodes and sintered batteries, significantly enhancing voltage platform stability and high-current discharge performance.
