The hydraulic balanced electric roller is used for high-precision rolling of battery electrode. The equipment has good horizontal and vertical uniformity in rolling and provides high-quality rolling performance. The equipment is used for roller rolling with the pressure provided by the hydraulic system. It is suitable for occasions where the consistency of rolling force and rolling gap is required to be high. It biggest roller press width is 300mm.
Optional Device: Tension Controlled Feeding and Winding Devices with the electric rolling press machine, which can roll to roll continuous Electrode calendering, suitable for battery electrode roll to roll calendering for pilot scale research work.
You can also just choose the Hydraulic roller press machine without feeding and winding device as model MR-DG300 Or you can also add heat function to this roller press machine with Temperature up to 150C as model MR-DG300T or MR-DG300T-R with winding and feeding as continuous model.

Maintenance methods and precautions

1. Carefully wipe the surfaces of the two rolls with a soft cloth with alcohol before work each time to keep them clean.
2. The moving parts of the gears are lubricated to keep the movement smooth.
3. Disable air pump purge to prevent dust from entering the bearing and affecting the accuracy of use.
4. If not used for a long time, wipe the surface of the roll clean, and spray anti-rust oil on the surface to protect the roll surface from erosion.
5. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in all parts of the machine to prevent looseness and prevent machine quality accidents and personal accidents.
6. When adjusting the rolling gap, the small handwheels on both sides should be adjusted evenly to avoid damage to other parts. After adjusting, the dial indicator can be removed to avoid accidental damage during production.

Safety operation procedure

1. During the operation, it is strictly forbidden to extend the hand and other parts into the work danger zone of the roller and gear transmission to cause personal injury. During operation, two or more people are not allowed to operate to avoid accidental injury. (The gear transmission parts are equipped with protective cover and danger sign)
2. When wiping the roller, it should be wiped behind the operation surface to prevent the abrasion of the cloth and the hand, causing personal injury and damage to the machine;
3. Do not wear gloves to wipe the rotating machine.
4. The operator must wear tight clothing and long hair must wear a work hat.
5. The external technicians and the designated personnel cannot arbitrarily disassemble and debug the equipment.
6. Do not disassemble circuit components without permission.
